Luis Barandiarán is an architect, graduated from the National University of La Plata in Argentina (UNLP, 2007). Between 2002 and 2011, he worked in various architecture firms as a designer and developed his expertise in architectural photography. 

In 2011, he founded his own architecture studio, where he has designed single-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial spaces, and has taken part in idea and project competitions.

He taught the subject “Architecture” at UNLP from 2004 to 2023 and is currently teaching the course “Theory” at the same university.

Since 2011, he has photographed projects of various scales for architecture studios and the public sector. The three disciplines that define his professional activity — design, photography, and university teaching — constantly enrich one another.
